ProofKit provides resume building, ATS scoring, AI-assisted writing and LaTeX export. By using ProofKit you agree to these terms.
You keep every right to the resume text you write and upload. We claim no ownership of your content. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to store it, score it and run the AI features you request.
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or hiring outcomes. An ATS score measures formatting and keyword alignment against a fixed rubric; it is not a prediction from any employer. Parse results depend on the specific parser a company uses.
One free account per person. No scraping, resale, automated bulk generation, or attempts to exhaust shared AI capacity. We may limit or suspend accounts that do this.
The service is provided as-is. We aim for high uptime but do not offer an SLA on the free tier. Paid tiers may receive one in future.
Your email, the resume content you enter, the job descriptions you paste, your scan results and plan status. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
We do not sell your data, we do not use your resume content to train models, and we do not put resume text into analytics logs or error reports.
You can export everything you own as PDF, LaTeX source and JSON at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by writing to hello@proofkit.store. We action deletions within 30 days. Data is retained for 90 days after account deletion for fraud prevention, then purged.
Passwordless sign-in by emailed link, encrypted in transit, least-privilege database access, and secrets held only in the platform secret store.

AI top-ups and human reviews are refundable only if unused, within 7 days.
AI features run on Cloudflare Workers AI. Free accounts include 5 AI operations per month on basic models. Pro includes 300 per month on premium models. Lifetime includes 200 per month, with additional 100-operation top-ups sold separately.
Lifetime access covers the application. AI operations are metered monthly and refresh each month. We do not sell "unlimited AI" because inference has a real cost, and pretending otherwise would break the service for everyone.
When your monthly allowance is used, the AI features pause until the next month or until you buy a top-up. Nothing else in your account is affected.
AI suggestions are drafts, not career advice. Check every line against the truth of your own experience before you send it. We are not responsible for claims you make that you cannot support.
