ProofKit

AI writing

“Responsible for team of 4.” That bullet is costing you the interview.

Recruiters spend seconds on each resume, and the bullets are what they read. Most people know their work was hard and the result mattered — they just write it like a job description. ProofKit AI turns what you did into what a recruiter quotes: a strong verb, a number, a result. You approve every word. It never invents employers, dates, or credentials.

5 AI runs free every month. No card. Cancel nothing, because there’s nothing to cancel.

Five tools

One for every blank page in a job search.

Each tool does exactly one job, inside the builder, next to the resume it’s fixing.

Rewrite a bullet

Paste the flat version. Get back a quantified, verb-led line that keeps your facts. “Responsible for invoices” → “Processed 200+ monthly invoices, cutting late payments 30%.”

Write my summary

A two-line professional summary built from your actual experience — years, domain, strongest result. Not a paragraph of adjectives about passion.

Match the job post

Paste the job description. Get the keywords the posting uses that your resume is missing, plus title alignment. Paste it into the scan to see the score move.

Draft a cover letter

A one-page letter grounded in the same resume the scanner just checked. Editable, exportable, and specific to the role — not a template with mad-libs.

Draft a resignation letter

Professional, friendly or brief tone - drafted from your role, sent by you. A free template covers you if you are signed out.

Score my answers

The interview tool drafts five questions against the post, scores every typed answer on five checks (fillers, quick fillers, hedging, speaking time, pace), and polishes the answer you pick - one AI run each. The scoring never uses quota.

Human review — $7

Want a person, not a model? A human reviews your resume against the same 23 checks and returns notes. One included every month with Pro.

Honest quotas. Real costs.

  • Free — 5 AI runs/month. Enough to fix the bullets that matter most.
  • Pro $28/mo — 300 runs/month. For an active search across many roles.
  • Lifetime $148 — 200 runs/month, refreshed monthly, plus $5 top-ups of 100 runs if you ever need more.
  • Why limits at all? Because every run costs real money to a real model. Unlimited AI for a one-time price would be a lie. Lifetime covers the app; AI is monthly credits — that’s the deal, stated plainly.

What the AI will not do.

  • It won’t invent employers, titles, dates, or degrees. It rewrites what you give it.
  • It won’t promise interviews. No model can predict a hiring decision.
  • It won’t train on your resume. Your content is yours; deletion on request, no model training, ever.
  • It won’t write in a voice that isn’t yours. Every suggestion is editable before it lands on the page.

Questions

Before you spend a single run.

What counts as an AI run?
One request: one bullet rewrite, one summary, one keyword match, one letter draft. Each shows a confirmation before it runs, so you never burn a run by accident. Scans and exports are not AI runs.
Is the free plan actually usable?
Five runs a month, one resume, one scan a day — free forever. For a focused application you can fix your five worst bullets, rescan, and export without paying anything.
Can I use the AI without an account?
No. AI runs cost us money, and the free quota is tied to a signed-in account so one person doesn’t exhaust it for everyone. Signing in takes an email link — no password.
What happens when I hit the limit?
A 402 response with the exact number of runs left and, if you want more, a $5 top-up of 100 runs. Nothing breaks, nothing auto-charges.

Fix the bullets that decide everything.

Five runs free. Every word editable. Then scan it, prove it, send it.
